Ben Fogle and Liz Bonnin present a new series exploring the beautiful British countryside, revealing hidden gems, natural wonders and great escapes. Ben heads out on a tour of the stunning Isles of Scilly with his guide Colin Taylor, the police sergeant whose rather enviable job is the maintenance of law and order in this little piece of British paradise. Liz is in Dorset on the spectacular Jurassic coast to observe some of the millions of birds who travel thousands of miles to reach our shores each spring. Olympic gold medallist Victoria Pendleton joins the Household Cavalry on their annual holiday ride out at Holkham Sands in Norfolk.
