Parking Wars ITV S02E03 HDTV x264-JIVE

This week, the programme visits Gravesend in Kent, where every day is a mixed bag including the school run, ranting residents, the local press and beat boxing. Add to this mix a local parking warrior giving out his own tickets for parking on the pavement, and the scene is set for an epic battle. Meanwhile, in Cambridge, the residents are trying to get their heads around the rapidly expanding city's parking. Cambridge don Dr Stephen Halliday lives in a rare free-to-park street, and has inadvertently become an unappointed parking marshal. Round the corner from Stephen is ex-traffic warden Michelle, who places notes on cars and uses cones to try and protect her kerb space. Plus, in Manchester, the programme follows Dustie Hickey as she returns to the scene of her crime and then vigorously presents her case for appeal at the traffic penalty tribunal. Will the use of a projector and some designer trainers help Dustie's case?
